Skincare is the practice of maintaining and improving the health and appearance of the skin.

When it comes to skin quality skincare is secondary. Your main goal is to fix nutrition first, as it heavily influence your skin.

Dermatologists can’t sells diet. However, they can sell skincare products  

Basics


To improve your skin quality you should follow these rules:

  1. Don’t touch your face during the day.  Touching your face can transfer dirt, oil, and bacteria, potentially causing breakouts 
  2. Always wash your hands before your skincare routine.
  3. Don’t use hot water when showering and washing face. Hot water strips the skin of its natural oils, leading to dryness and irritation
  4. Shave delicately. Shave using a sharp, clean razor, and go with the grain to reduce irritation. Also, avoid harsh aftershaves containing alcohol. 
  5. Brush teeth before skincare.
    Some toothpastes can make you break out. Besides theres a risk of washing away skincare products when you brushing your teeth.

After skincare:

  1. Don’t rub your skin with a towel. Let it dry naturally or pat it.
    There’s no reason to sanding yourself with a towel. It’s designed to be patted.
  2. For skincare use only paper towels. Since they don’t contain bacteria.

Body Skin
If you want to reduce the number of acne on your body, you should follow same principles.
1) Diet itself drastically reduce number of acne. So it will be easier to heal.
2) Change bedsheets at least 1 time per week. Its non-negotiable.
3) Shower Filter is another to improve your skin. Especially if the water is harsh.
